It's Not Too Late to Make a Fresh Start This Year!
Programs available to help YOU quit smoking

Is stopping smoking a top priority for you this year? If so, Seven Counties Services, Inc. can help! As part of the Smoke-free Coalition of Jefferson County, Seven Counties Services in conjunction with the Jefferson County Health Department, the Kentucky Cancer Program, and 10 community partners, will offer programs to help individuals quit smoking during 2002.

Classes use the Cooper/Clayton Method, which is a 13-week behavioral modification program with weekly support group meetings, videos, and a book for each participant. There is a $10 fee for course materials, and participants will need to purchase their own nicotine patches or gum after the program has begun.
