Seven Counties Services
board seeks to honor
those who help further Seven Counties mission
through cooperation and collaboration
As the safety net provider of mental
health, developmental disability and substance abuse treatment and
support services, Seven Counties appreciates and values those with
whom it works together to serve those in need and to make our communities
healthier, safer and better places to live. The strength of any
effort, initiative, service or program comes not from one individual
or organization, but from many people and organizations joining
hands, bringing energy and ideas, and working together for a common
good.
The board of directors of Seven Counties
Services, Inc. is pleased and proud to announce that it is seeking
nominations for what it expects will be an annual award. The Sunrise
Award (Recognizing the capacity for growth, development and progress
that can be achieved by working together) will recognize an individual
or organization whose cooperation and collaboration during the last
year have helped further the mission of Seven Counties Services.
That mission is to improve the lives of people at risk or affected
by mental illness, developmental disabilities, addictions and abuse.
Criteria for nomination is an individual
who or organization that has demonstrated exceptional cooperation/collaboration
with Seven Counties that helps further its mission, and thereby
helped the populations its serves. The award is open to anyone or
any organization on entity in Kentucky or elsewhere. Seven Counties'
staff and board, however, are not eligible for the award. Anyone
can make a nomination.

board of directors September meeting
