Issues raised with the Ombudsman are researched and followed up by the staff of Seven Counties’ President and CEO. Some issues also may be referred to a staff Adverse Incident Committee for performance improvement. Attempts are made to resolve all problems and concerns via telephone, letter, e-mail or face-to-face meetings.
The public also may contact The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
