Ombudsman


We want to hear any and all comments about our services, staff and facilities. If you have a comment or concern, ask for the supervisor or manager where you have your appointments or ask how he or she can be reached.

If you need additional assistance, call the Seven Counties Services' Ombudsman Line at (502) 587-8240 (9 a.m.-9 p.m.) or e-mail ombudsman@sevencounties.org.

Issues raised with the Ombudsman are researched and followed up by the staff of Seven Counties’ President/CEO. Some issues also may be referred to a staff Adverse Incident Committee for performance improvement. Attempts are made to resolve all problems and concerns via telephone, letter, e-mail or face-to-face meetings.

The public also may contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
